I don't consider X-JAPAN as a rock band but as a Metal band, so I'd say "Planet Of The Dope" by DOPE HEADZ is my favourite. This band features Pata and Heath from X-JAPAN.

I don't what the hell J-Rock is, I had not hear a word about it in my life. But my favourite album performed by a japanese band is "Soldier of fortune" (LOUDNESS). They kill me!!!

Hi metalthroner ludo! Have U listened to a japanese guitarist of the '80s called Akira Takasaki? He played a strange kind of progressive Heavy-Rock, and was fun to be listened... Highly recommended.
