Riegn in Blood hands down. Rust in Peace was a speedmetal album, and Master Of Puppets?Wtf? If you are gonna put out an album that best describes "thrash" from Metallica, and even Megadeth for that matter, then then obvious pick for Metallica is Kill'em All, and perhaps So far So good So what?, and Killing is My Buisness for Megadeth. NOT Rust In Peace. My 2 cents anyway, its all a matter of oppinion anyhoo.

Master Of Puppets. Reign In Blood is alright; Not my favorite, but I still like it. As for Rust In Peace, well, I can't listen to any Megadeth for very long without being put off by Dave Mustaine's ridiculous singing voice.
