Default Last But Not Least. Sepultura(Old)(MaxC.) V.S. Soulfly

Ok, this is a difficult one.
Your choice, Sepultura or Soulfly . . .?

Old school Sepultura does it for me but I really enjoy the later Soulfly stuff. The Beneath the Remains / Arise / Chaos AD albums are just so good. I think what was great about Sepultura was that from the early stuff such as Morbid Visions you can see the band develop and improve and it seems that had an intent to keep sounding fresh each time around and I think it worked well even though I am not much of a fan of the Roots album. Soulfly have been good since Prophecy. There first album was alright and Primitive was crap, 3 was okay. Dark Ages was a return to a more thrashier sound but kept the Soulfly vibe. With Marc Rizzo on board im sufe Soulfly will keep getting better.

Old school Sepultura sounds good to me (Arise was the last good album of the band imo). I definately can't bear Soulfly...

Good choices, Sepultura is a great band, straight from the heart but I like Soulfly more than old Sepultura, because the drums are just so tribal and straight from the heart and intense, than guitar is just crazy, Max C. is an amazing vocalist, and now they have Bobby Burns from Primer 55, that is a nasty bassist. Soulfly is improving now a days, I really like the song Soulfly also, than the song Stay Strong dedicated to Dana and Dimebag Darrell, I gotta' give it up for Soulfly.

Have to side with Soulfly... Though Cavelera Conspiracy slays both IMO.
