Hail to all members out there,
After having talked about it with the "metal hordes behind these forums", we have decided that Heavy Metal Universe would be a partner of Metal-Forums. It means that we now have a "Forum" link on HMU that redirects to these very forums, making them be the "official forums" we never had.
HMU is some kind of webzine based in France, that deals with all kinds of Metal, from Heavy to Black, but we're not really (to say the least) into Hardcore, so-called Nu-Metal and their derivatives. I personally worship bands like W.A.S.P, Death Angel, Naglfar, Edge Of Sanity, Ten, Arcturus or Cephalectomy to name a few.
We have been on the web since the year 2000 and hopefully we will bring a bunch of new visitors to Metal-Forums. At the present time, our site has not been updated since a few months but we're working on the upcoming update. Our most faithful visitors have subscribed to our newsletter but maybe will I post updates in this forum as well.

To tell the truth, I would change the design every day if I had enough time, because you always have another idea as soon as you have a design finished. But I think nothing will change during the three or four coming decades...

Your site is awesome, however most of your mp3s don't work  (they lead to "This page cannot be found"). Anyway welcome to those of you joining from HMU  . |

We're using links to mp3s hosted by labels and/or bands websites because of copyright and bandwidth. We can't host all those mp3s. But I do not check each link every day... so sometimes some of them are broken. I didn't know there were so many. I'll have to develop something then that checks which link is still ok and which one isn't anymore. Grrrr :x

Well I could help you. I can check some and post up the correct links if the are from the band's site.
For example :Change Amon Amarth - An Ancient Sign Of A Coming Storm to http://www.downloadpunk.com/?action=...eSong&id=55452
^^ Thats the link from their website. I could do that for a bunch of them that don't work if ou want.
Theres also more I could give you, like links to other mp3s you don't have (from band's websites of course :P)
