| | Black Label Society came to life in spring 1996 by Zakk Wylde.After their first demo tape"Book Of Shadows",After having found a constant band name Black Label Society" they released their seconde records " Sonic Brew" in 1998 on spitfire records.Two years later,Black Label Society inked their third album called"Stronger Than Death".Shortly after in earlier of 2001,Steve Gibb(bass instrument) replaced John DeServio to pursue recording of "Alcohol Fueled Brewtality".In 2002 Black Label Society's fifth album "1919 Eternal"and it has received great reviews from the international press for thier brutal metalsound! they have scheduled to go for radio adds on January 24 for recording their sixth demo tape " The Blessed Hellride"in 2003.One year later, "Hangover Music Vol VI",due per via Artemis Records.Thus in 2005, The complete track upcoming off for the new BLACK LABEL SOCIETY album, "Mafia", has been revealed.Personally,The MAFIA'S cover became the most successful records since the band's foundation.You could add your opinion with total uprightness for being the truth.

| | hey,wasn't "book of shadows" a solo,semi-acoustic album by zakk?i don't think it was a demo by bls...correct me if i'm wrong...
neway,bls kicks ass...the first album of theirs that i heard was "stronger than death" and it blew me away.every damn album by theirs is fuckin good...sticks to a formula at times..but it's still fun. |

As far as songwriting goes Zakk's new lyrics are amazing!" What also makes a difference on the new album is the addition of their new drummer who helped bring new ideas to the table.I think that Z.Wylde is as well as vocalist,moreover in composing and recording almost black sabbath's records!

So what should you expect from a band whose debut album received positive press about their creativity in magazines like Rolling Stone and Guitar World?
