Default New rank!

Seeing as some of our members are getting quite a number of posts, I've decided to add another rank! The rank can be achieved by obtaining 1500 posts. It will have it's own set of skulls and everything. But you'll have to get to 1500 posts to see it ;-) So get posting!!
