They're becomming too popular in England I think. Too many are obsessed with them and they don't know shit about metal. Iron Maiden are about ten times better! Yeah the guitars by Dragonforce are amazing, but I prefer Maiden and Priest!

They're becoming popular here in America as well. just because they were on "Ozzfest." Its bullshit.

Honestly, whatever people say DragonForce, their debut album (Valley...) was a good power metal album IMO, but I think they lost it after they saw that speed could become a marketing gimmick and an excuse for repetitive songwriting, which it pretty much has, they need to try something else, even if it's just trying out shoving some symphonics or anything in there, they can afford to with where they are now, but they'll probably just run the formula into the ground, which is almost a shame.

I guess they're a bit of fun, they always have been, but yeah anything other than Valley Of The Damned bores me to tears if I'm being honest.
