so.. this is for those, who don't write lyrics, but who writes poetry.
or both. anyway. you get my point.

you can rate others poems from 1 to 7 1 is for i didn't really like it or smth and 7 means you really-really liked it.
reccomended is, that you'll add a few lines why you rated so and/or what you liked and didn't like.

also, you can generally talk about poetry in this thread.

i'll start:

how darkness is on its way...

how it captures the day.

how darkness rules above the light,
now I can hear my name in the night.

I can feel,
how it comes closer to me,

I really like it, I began to think about what you want to say at the end and a poem is - for me, personally - good if I start to think about it.
It was very simple to read. But the really exciting thing wasn't there... But I think no poem has this "exciting thing" in it :/
I can't really tell you something about it because I STILL think about what you wanted to say...

Unfortunately not. We've lost quite a few of the old members, which for no reason never came back.

Many of the new members only come here to ask a question or promote their band. Then they leave a few posts and become inactive. So, we sure hope you're here to stay.

I have some poems in my stash, and I would have written some of them here but it looks like no one's interested. It's a dead thread and I figured out there are not many poetry people around here.
