Lately I've been encouraged (well, forced against my will ) to drink a fair bit of wine. Now, I've never been the biggest fan of wine, it always manages to taste somewhat bitter no matter which variety I get. The only wine I can even come close to getting on with is rose wine, and the last time I had an entire bottle to myself (apparently no one else liked it) and ended up really rather quite drunk after just that one bottle. Yeah...did I mention what a fucking lightweight I am when it comes to alcohol?

Oh, does anyone else here get any bizarre side effects from a particular drink? By that, I don't mean a particular drink making you happy, sad, angry etc., here's an example. Whenever I drink red wine, I become destructive, and every fucking time, without fail, I break something valuable belonging to someone else. Shit, I get clumsy as fuck off other drinks, but only to this extent when I drink red wine, which is why I think RED WINE IS EVIL AND MUST BE STOPPED BEFORE IT CAN DO ANY MORE HARM.

Hail all of U alcoholic Metalthroners!!! (and no-alcoholic, too ). I'm a lover of good whiskeys: Macallan, Oban, Jackie, Jimmy, Johnny, Glenrothers... and the list goes on.
But... my stomach doesn't think in the same way, 'cause I have became a beer lover too. Becks, Heineken, Bud, Judas, Fosters, etc, etc...

Argh, don't talk about whisky, please. My mate brought a bottle up last weekend, Grant's I think it was, it was the first time I had touched the stuff in about 6 years and it worked its evil magic very quickly

And if that wasn't bad enough, we had huge chunks of ice, I mean abnormally huge, which melted and probably diluted it somewhat, but one piece of ice in my glass contained an extra ingredient...a dead daddylonglegs! Luckily, though, my resourceful (but very drunk) mate solved this problem by pouring my remaining whisky through a sieve into a clean glass, with no dubious extras this time
