Here's some advice about neighbours. Forget this we live next door to each other so we have to be mates shit. If they say hello, say hello back. Let them start the conversation. If you give them too much too early they might take pity on you especially if you live by yourself. Following that has them coming into "your" life in an overbearing way. If you don't want to talk to them, then just ignore them. Never get involved in their domestics, no matter how bad they are. When things settle, this will only put you at odds with them for sticking your nose into their business. Live your own life and forget your neighbours exist. Why do i say this, i have had these situations happen before. I have domestics going on around me week in, week out.
