Actually, there is nobody. I was hoping that when we have some enough good logos/slogans, admins could step in or I could ask them to choose for themselves, but it seems they are not interested. So maybe we could choose the best one mutually after some weeks.
Who is the 'owner'/ 'super-admin' of this site really? I mean who has the power to bring a slogan and logo into effect?
