I don't scan anything in, except for the images that have obviously been drawn -- the penthouse girl and the "other" one. I get images off the internet and make the images from that. Lots of editing and manipulating. For example, the MetalThrone shirt design seen there is made up of probably 5 different pictures for the skull alone (skull, eyes, gas mask, etc.) |

Nice sketch. That's charcoal?
Regarding copyright, I usually end up with an image that is manipulated enough that it is hardly recognisable.
Also, I'm not making any money off these images. But effects and most of the stuff is done by me in Photoshop. |

It was actually made with lead pencil. But I had a really bad scanner so I had to blacken it and apply a couple of filters in photoshop.That makes it look like charcoal. |
