What's the most painful thing that has ever happened to you. The most painful thing that has ever happened to me was when I was 13. I was trown of a small cliff by my brother on to some broken glass. Ow

Ouch! Got my thumb caught in a hydraulic press bad enough where I had to use a hot needle to melt through my thumb-nail to let the blood out (pressure from the bleeding under the nail was enough to cause some pain!)....ended up losing the nail for a while.

When I was about 17, I was playing Footy (Aussie Rules). I got kneed in the guts and ruptured my spleen. I was rushed to hospital, they opened me up and found 2 litres of blood in my stomach. I was 20 minutes from death.
The pain I went thru after the operation was beyond my words to describe...

I broke my right kneecap 3 years ago, that was fucking painful.

I spiral fractured my leg a couple of years ago. It fractured like that, and snapped in another part. It was quite painfull.

I had a kidney stone about 13 years ago.
Apparently, only childbirth causes greater pain.

There's a happy ending though - I tripped my bollocks off on morphine for the next 2 days.

This is lame but, the most painful thing that has happened to me was after I crashed on my bike skinned my knee... I had to go see the nurse every day (I was in elementary) so she could try and scrub the bits of gravel out of my bleeding sore for about week after it happened.

ripped my knee open skating i had a mad gash and could see my knee cap, it hurt my leg was pretty dead, but i think the most painful thing was my apendix being all fucked up, that sucked for days till i got it out, but i didnt do anything for that to happen
