Avril Latrine punk? No doubt Sid Vicious, GG Allin, Wendy O. Williams, Joe Strummer, and Joey Ramone are spinning in their graves right now.

I would suggest that anyone who considers Avril, Good Charlotte, or any of those other MTV/Corporate AM/FM radio-friendly bands to be "punk" watch American Hardcore. That might just open their eyes. Avril and company don't even begin to come halfway close.

Yeah, that's very true. Good Charlotte is definitely the most blatantly misnamed band in history- there's nothing remotely whatsoever "good" about them.

u know...i swear...even before i was into metal...i never listened to good charlotte. the only reason i know them so well was because i used to hear them on tV and the radio. so that just shows how mush of a boy band they are. and all their music is the same??? so whats the difference. riffs suck, that is if you count a three year old boy strumming a guitar for his first time...no even he would be better. take that G-fuckin-C. their vocals are just plain emo. in short, they suck. i dnt even know why i am wasting my time talking about them. its just that they really suck to a point that it annoys the fuck out of me. same goes for the rest like FOB and fucking bitch avril.

And probably stoned. In fact they must've been doing a mix of crack and meth, tripping on LSD and Angel Dust, and speedballing. In fact they were probably unconscious. And we can't rule out the likelihood that one of GC's groupies gave the person a blow job in exchange for promoting and sponsoring them.
