could you write down the qualities of a moderator? then i know if i'll have the chance to be a moderator in here too 
(i allready am a moderator in 4-5 forums and administrator in 2 forums  )

I'm mod at just 1 forum, but no one spamms in my subforum...
(at least I try to keep it clean   )
