Right, so it would be placed underneath our news thing, and it would update itself with news from any website that we tell it to?

And you can do this on your own computer or on a website if you wish?

Sorry for seeming like such a dumbass, it's just that it's something I've never come accross before, lol.

Yup, pretty much exactly that. Once it's there, it updates itself.
