Alright so, im fairly new to this recording shit and when I record for some reason the mic is not picking up the highs in my scream(picks up most of the raspyness), im wondering if anyone knows anything that helps or things that affect it like distance, pop screen, what kind of room and shit like that. Because otherwise im able to get my screams rather high..

i had problems recording my vocals too but then i bought a new mic and have had no probs since, so maybe its the mic your using...

I've tried a few different types of mics ranging from shit to $500ish only difference was a better sound.

from what i could make out it sounded pretty damn good! keep me posted of any updates-like if you have a myspace or whatever where i can hear more!

do you have any proper recordings of youre band?
if you dont have recording equiptment i highly recomend a zoom h2 mic!
itll record (in fairly good quality) all the instuments.

thanks...and we do have a myspace, although im not impressed with whats on for songs.. since it was along while since we put them up, but we should be done recording in a fair bit and i can toss you a link for them or something....and oo i will have to check it out thanks
