I dont really have one apart from when i feel the need to hit drums i will, and thats to cd's, though i will do several minutes of stretching and just mucking around with tom rolls and various speeds of double kick and blasting.

Well I Try To Pratice About 30 Minutes A Day

i practice every day till i can't practice any longer
i don't like practicing to CDs
i always want to modify the bands drum parts

Usually tremolo pick till my left hand is loose and then do legato stretches till my right hand is loose and then I work on whatever I happen to be working on.

I just wait till their's nothing on tv and i've done my usual stuff on the net, usually one to three hours a day.

Practice guitar everyday. Jump on the drums a few times a week.
