Does anyone here play guitar with a scalloped fret board? I've yet to play one and I was wondering about the pro's and cons.

ive played one... they are ok.. pros- can play faster cause you dont have to press down on the fretboard...

cons- if you press on down on the fretboard then it bends the note and it sounds off....

unless your playing shred guitar battles with yngwie malmsteen and the likes.. theres no point...i can play yngwie without scalloped frets...

o and they are hard to get used to....
