I was actually the other way around.. I listened to all of Behemoth's black metal album's and liked them so much, I didn't want to ruin my thoughts on them when I heard they were death metal now..

When I heard Conquer All, that changed. They're a great band in both respects.

Yeah, I like how they mix the two.

It depends. I would say Venom but some people don't consider them black metal however they do have some elements that I hear "true" black metal bands use. so I guess i'll say Mayhem.

Thrash is close to Black Metal in certain ways. If you listen to old KREATOR, it may sound like Black Metal as well.

I wouldn't say so, but I've never been a fan of thrash anyway. I haven't heard old Kreator, but I know that many bands started out by playing either death or black metal, and then evolved into their own personal style. That might have happened to Kreator. At least I doubt they played thrash that sounded like black, lol.

Reminds me of early DIMMU BORGIR or IMPALED NAZARENE...

Well, I agree that some of it sounds a bit like black, but I don't know enough about thrash to say it isn't. However, as I stated before, many bands started out by playing either black or death metal (or something that sounded like it), and later evolving into their own personal style. This could be the case here.
