I like it but I like Master of Puppets, Ride the Lightning, and Justice for all more.

If not the best, than at least top 3 of thrash metal songs. And one of Metallica's best album ever.

As always, this album offers a good variety of songs, which results in an album hard to get bored of quickly. The old Metallica plans to take the underworld by storm again with extensive touring and impressive live shows around every corner of the globe. However, due to practical reasons,Dave has left the band to pursue his career in Megadeth,he is the composer of "The call of Ktulu" and some others track in the old of metallica!which makes me inclined to say that Metallica will never find his path as a underground group of thrash as yore.

Metallica takes a different approach to their song writing than most bands of the same sort that tend to focus mainly on fictional subject matter. dealing with the rape of the thrash, it's metals resources, and the unjust treatment of solo!!their album is not bad, however their solo are like the bat out of the hell.really under the average.

The best what Metallica had to offer, even though a lot of riffs were written by Mustaine.Hence, Kirk and Metrallica don't play too many songs from Kill 'Em All live, as Kirk can't play the solos the way Dave used to.....James sounds great btw.

you can tell they are young on this record. everything is loud. their are drum fills and guitar solos coming from every direction, it is very fast and shows how enthusiastic the boys were. it is a very good album and one of the more extreme sounding thrash albums
