I think it has become somehow trendy to hate Metallica... just like it is trendy to hate America and McDonalds.

Bullshit I says. Slayer comes in a close(!) second compared to Metallica.

...just my opinion though.

hehe ... well, I actually do hate McDonalds :wink: But I get what you're saying, and you're right.

I don't care if someone doesn't like metallica. But I think Metallica's first four albums (Ride the Ligthning and Master of Puppets specifically are some of the most well written metal albums of all time, and I'm (obviously) not the only one who thinks that.

I'd just like an explanation for all the mudslinging against metallica, because there are a lot of people on this board who are partaking in it.
