Most people here seem to like older Thrash Metal bands the best (me included) does anyone here like any, or listen to any new thrash?

A lot of nu-thrash either seems to be crap like Trivium (some of these magazines are calling them thrash-don't ask me why!)

Anyway thrash is unfortunatly a very limited genre that doesn't have much room to grow so it's difficult for newer thrash bands to be that interesting so people will go for the older ones in my opinion most of the time.

Yeah, I don't like much Trivium either. Thrash really dominated in the 80's, but ever since some newer styles emerged, or older ones grew more popular, Thrash doesn't seem to have it's stranglehold like it used to. There are of course our good ol' favourite Thrash bands that are releasing new albums, but there aren't really that many Thrash bands that start their careers recently.
