We're starting to get a few more reviews in now which is great. So I thought it was a good time to outline a few things here. This obviously applies to the
Reviews Section of the site, not here in the forums...
The review
MUST be your own work. No copy-pasting from someone else's review, that's just cheap. You are allowed to quote other referneces, as long as you credit them correctly. If we find you've plagiarised we have no other option but to crucify you.
Please be descriptive and explain yourself. Tell us why you think something is good or bad.
"The music rocks!", isn't descriptive, it tells us nothing. I'm no Shakespeare, but your readers what to know a bit about the album in depth. Give us some background on the band or album if you think that helps.
If you don't like a review, remember you can always write your own review! But don't flame someone because of their opinion, a good review is one that explains the reasoning behind their score. A bad review is one that says nothing.
"The drums are awesome in my opinion", really genius? Why?? Remember, chances are the reader hasn't heard the album yet, you need to e-x-p-l-a-i-n things.
You are allowed to review an album already in the reviews. Getting more than one opinion of an album is always a good thing. You can also leave comments on someone’s review, and your own score. (If your comment is going to be HUGE, you may as well write your own review

).
When adding a review, you need to use html for paragraphing... use
after every paragraph to space them out.
Phew! Ok, I hope that didn't scare anyone off! But some guidelines had to be set

If you have any help, comments or tips when reviewing, please share them with us here.
