Brighton based black metal band Opacus in need of a second guitarist from Brighton, Eastbourne or surrounding areas to complete the line-up.
We need someone who can handle time changes, tempo changes, play lead and simple rythem and keep in time to a beat. Previous gigging and recording experience is preferred but not essential.
We want to get Opacus playing live again as soon as possible, there are enough songs written to fill up live sets, as well as new material being written as a band.
We are looking for someone 17+ from Brighton or the surrounding areas. Own equipment is essential.
Guitarists must be dedicated, able to make rehearsals and practise at home.
Demo versions of all the songs have been recorded and can be sent to those interested.
The band is influenced by the likes of Satyricon, Emperor, Immortal, Nokturnal Mortum, Enslaved, Secrets of the Moon, Corpus Christii etc.
We are a serious band looking for a serious guitarist. No time wasters please.
