Whos the Best local/underground band in your area?

Here is a thread for all the lesser known bands who dont get the promotion they deserve.

For me it would have to be Astriaal. Such great Black Metal from oz.

KALISIA (prog death). They are to release their debut album very soon. I've created a thread about them in the Death Metal forums. Otherwise, there was a Death Metal band in my area called CATACOMB with Lovecraft-inspired lyrics but they are no longer in activity.

From my area? Well I could tell you about the band from my hometown called Destruktor. They play Black/Death in kind of the vein of Destroyer 666 (they're part of the D666 family, alongside Nocturnal Graves, Denouncement Pyre, Abominator, etc). They're quite good though, and they have a new split with Bestial Mockery out now.

Another band is the aforementioned Nocturnal Graves. They live a bit north of me, but not really really far away. They've been given the style "Nuclear" Death Metal before. Maybe it's because they have a bit of a raw sound to their music. They also have some new material out. They're recommended!
