Nowadays Lamb of God is a very sound unit with a ton of technicality. Cannibal Corpse can throw down 25 songs in a show and never miss a beat...Devildriver are awful tight and sound AWESOME....All in all though, I never thought anyone rocked it as hard as Pantera and sounded SO good....

wuthering heights are a power/prog band and they
freakin insane, the drumming is close to that of DM
so the guitaring is constantly changing tempos
every 10secs lol.

i thinkk as a band, they are very skilled.

Strapping Young Lad is extremely solid, and the members are very in-sync with each other. Great musicianship, as well, what with Gene Hoglan's blasting drums and Devin Townsend's excellent vocals and speedy, technical guitar playing.

I would say that origin is the most skilled band. It's the most brutal and most technical death metal I've ever heard. The guitars, the bass, the vocal patterns, and especially the drums are fucking AMAZING!
